Open on you in bed, lights low, phone in hand with the Calm screen visible. Talk in your own words about what your mind does at night. Hold the phone so a Sleep Story is playing on screen and your face is in the same shot. Close on the phone resting on the pillow. Film it at home.

Calm is a consumer mobile app for sleep, meditation and relaxation, offering breathing exercises, sleep sounds, sleep music, mindfulness programs and celebrity-narrated Sleep Stories.
How to deliver
- 1Film each video with the 3 must-include points.
- 2Put the file in Google Drive and set sharing to “Anyone with the link”.
- 3Paste the Drive link in Octoclip by its date.
